On Sunday, July 26 at 1:30 pm, George Keyes, an art historian, retired museum curator, and key member of the LCHA Collections Committee, will present a pop-up presentation featuring Windsor chairs from the association’s collection. Keyes will explore the distinctive features and variations of these iconic chairs and discuss how English makers developed efficient production methods in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, creating furniture that was stylish, durable, and accessible.

The Windsor chair program is included with museum admission: $10 for adults; free for children, LCHA members, and active-duty military personnel.
