Kermess 2020: Save the Date!
This year’s Kermess fundraising dinner and auction will be held on Sunday, July 19 at the Pownalborough Court House. We’re hosting a Hawaiian Luau, and dinner will be roast pig (and a vegetarian alternative). We encourage you to wear your wildest Hawaiian shirts, muumuus or sarongs, flip-flops or sandals. Be casual. Be cool.
While Kermess is a fun event, the evening’s activities raise a significant portion of our annual operating budget. So our planning committee is busy researching experiential items for the auction and lining up bakers for the cakes.We are also soliciting business sponsors to help defray the costs.
Can you be a business sponsor?
Sponsors will be recognized in the following ways:
$1000 Primary Sponsor – Listing on Web site, logo in the program and on the event banner, highlighted in publicity, four tickets to the event
$500 Kennebec Proprietor – Listing on Web site, logo in the program and on the event banner, highlighted in publicity, two tickets to the event
$250 Pownalborough Partner – Listing on Web site and in the program, identified in publicity, two tickets to the event
$150 Court House Councilor – Listing on Web site and in the program
Can you offer an experience for the auction?
