LCHA’s annual fun and fundraiser is back on September 7th this year! Come for the preservation and the gourmet pizza. Stay for the bidding battles and the decadent desserts, all set against the backdrop of an irreplaceable historic gem overlooking the beautiful Kennebec River.

Ticket pricing: $80 per person or $125 per Patron ticket (Patrons are recognized in the event program)

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event for $5 each or a book of 5 for $20.

Auction Highlights

Incredible Trips: Bid on an unforgettable vacation to Barcelona or Ireland. Imagine turning the cost of your memorable trip abroad into a meaningful donation that supports the local history organization you care about right here in Lincoln County! (please note airfare is not included in the trip packages)

Unique Dinners: Bid on a private catered dinner in the historic Pownalborough Court House for eight, and an absolutely thrilling murder mystery dinner experience for eight.

Adventures on the Water: Auction items include opportunities to: Fish the Kennebec, Fly by Floatplane, Cruise Casco Bay, or Paddle with a River Historian!

Showstopping Desserts: Stunning cakes from talented local bakers that steal the show!

But wait… There’s more! We have something special for everyone in our auction and raffle this year. Whether you are a theater lover, garden enthusiast, foodie, outdoorsperson, local shopper, local shoppers, or just a lover of history, you’ll find something appealing at this year’s event!

Dinner Details

With a unique mobile wood-fired oven baking artisan pizzas right on site, we will have an unforgettable dining experience combining gourmet flavors and a fun ambiance! Guests will enjoy seeing the oven in action as our delicious meal is baking – the caterer welcomes questions about how this impressive setup works!  Our menu includes creative combinations like mushroom and scallions with garlic truffle aioli, pineapple with jalapeño and bacon, and sausage with fresh mozzarella and pesto, along with some standard favorites. Fresh, seasonal salads will round out the meal. Wine will be available by donation from a unique bar that will bring a fun touch to the evening.

Rest assured, no one will go home hungry…. And everyone will go home having made a difference in the preservation of local history!
